A pivotal part of the airline programme
We form a pivotal part of the airline programme, providing the critical interface between suppliers and the airline to ensure that the vision created for the cabin interior by us is delivered by the OEM manufacturers. We meet every project milestone and navigate the programme meetings with airframers and suppliers to make certain of the most successful outcome for the airline. From ITCM, through PDR, CDR to FAI, we are there with our client driving innovation through to implementation, while always remembering to balance the creative vision with commercial reality.
Understand limitations and opportunities
Understanding the limitations of one of the most heavily certified industries in the world enables us to demonstrate to seat vendors and OEM suppliers the approach that they need to take when implementing the airline’s vision. It is our extensive experience of working with Airbus and Boeing and their approved OEM’s supply chain, that helps our clients to overcome the challenges of certification and deliver outstanding products onboard their aircraft.

Our name is on over 25 aviation patents created for airlines in every corner of the globe. We have innovated new first class, business class, premium and economy class seating concepts for all the major aircraft seating manufacturers in the USA, UK, Europe, Japan, China, and Taiwan. In 1999 we conceived and delivered the World’s first fully flat bed in business class for British Airways. Flying into its third decade today, this paradigm-shifting innovation from the millennium, set the benchmark in aviation business class for the rest of the world to follow.
