Designing ground-breaking customer experience! Tangerine takes on SEA 2021

Tangerine gears up to showcase at the Experience UK Pavilion at Saudi Entertainment and Amusement Expo (SEA) 2021.

For the last 30 years Tangerine has collaborated with globally renowned brands to push boundaries in designing compelling customer experience. “With every design decision we make we aim to enhance people’s experiences; understanding how they think, what they want and tapping into unimagined possibilities.” Explains Geraint Edwards, Head of Service Design.

Tangerine is ready to bring bundles of expertise to projects across the Kingdom and has already successfully expanded their international footprint through flagship projects across the MENA region.

In 2018, Tangerine was appointed to design every aspect of the Gulf Air of Bahrain’s new click aircraft carriers, with the aim to encapsulate the brand’s identity and raise the quality of the customer experience throughout the flight.

Taking the airline’s brief onboard, Tangerine created 3D sculpted surfaces on the interior walls which were Inspired by iterative geometric forms derived from Bahraini architecture. To ensure the colour scheme also reflected Bahrain’s modern culture and tradition, clean flowing lines were created to juxtapose the dark materials and elegant gold accents.

More recently, Tangerine was recently charged by Hassan Allam, the provider and operator of services and facilities at the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) in Cairo, to define the visitor experience of one of the world’s most anticipated museums.

GEM Is set to house the treasures and artifacts of one of history’s oldest and most revered civilisations.  Once opened, the leading North African museum will attract visitors from all corners of the globe, as well as local visitors, for whom a walk around the gardens and outdoor eating will live up the Revival vision set by tangerine to encompass the key user modes of Relive, Refresh, Relax and Re-engage

Geraint Edwards, along with the wider team at Tangerine, are looking forward to showcasing their expertise at SEA 2021 as the company strengthens their position In the Gulf Region.

Geraint adds: “We are excited to meet with individuals and organisations who are looking for a real opportunity to craft a holistic experience that will inspire local and international visitors to their attractions and make them eager to return to find out what is happening next.

“At the Expo we will demonstrate, through our design processes, visitor-centred experiences that people will love as we craft those experiences in a unique and engaging way.”
