At the Railway Interiors Expo 2017, 14 – 15 November, Matt Round, Chief Creative Officer at tangerine, will be giving a talk, ‘Transformation not disruption – creating tomorrows passenger experiences’ on Day 2, 11.00 -11.30.
The presentation will explain how to unlock innovation through a designer’s insight into the human behaviour of today, to create future experiences that meet the unmet desires of tomorrow.
With almost three decades’ experience creating paradigm-shifting products, services and experiences for global brands such as British Airways, Heathrow Express and Toyota, Matt will provide a thoughtful snapshot of how design can create transport solutions with exceptional customer experiences that meet the unimagined future needs of passengers and providers.
Building on the success of tangerine’s workshops at the Railway Interiors Expo 2015, this year tangerine returns to Prague to offer a new series of interactive workshops that will help to identify, address and encourage fresh thinking around some of the key challenges for rail today.
The workshops, run by tangerine’s leading rail designers, will provide attendees with an insight into how an innovative people-centered approach to design can help rail to differentiate a service and create exceptional customer experiences. Rolling stock manufacturers, train operating companies and key suppliers to the industry alike will learn how design can drive commercial value for their business.
There will also be an opportunity to meet with the designers outside of the workshops to discuss with them how customer experience design can raise the quality of your rail services and positively impact the commercial return of your business.
